Truth be told...this is a pre-election matter and nothing concern the Court of Appeals with Party Primaries. The fact that INEC didnt see that and still published his name or the party logo, and the party didnt reject him is enough. APC has no business with what NNPP did or did not do. This is the problem with our country...the Judges are too lazy and they dont hire smart graduates like they do in sane countries to read and interpret for them. This matter should have been decided based on Election Day results ...and only that. I lean APC, but I also know when there is Govt Magic.

This is the judgment we're all used to now, but these judges want to cash out before supreme court.

If someone had took those you mentioned to court, they would've probably been disqualified as well. But these big boys know how to buy their ways. Those that suppose to take them to court must have been taking care of., so stop blaming INEC or Judiciary.

That the party forwarded his name (who for forward his name if not the party sponsoring him) doesn't mean they conducted a primary.

And they will be right because a candidate can only emerge through either primary or consensus.

The party reserves the right to use anybody as its flagbearer but there must be the conduct of the primary. In the case of Kano ,no conduct of primary at all. That is a blur on NNPP case.

i thought the judiciary ruled that membership/ nominations were a pre-election matter and that opposition does not have the right to challenge how a third party conducts primary elections, so why is the clueless judiciary now singing another song.
