A popular Kenyan gospel singer, Kevin Mbuvi Kioko, better known as Bahati, has sparked controversy after he said marrying one wife will prevent many men from going to heaven.

Bahati made the statement during a cooking session with his worker Baite, a show he named "Men's Corner."

During the discussion, Bahati demanded to know the Bible verse where polygamy is limited and queried pastors who advocate for one wife.

The number of women in this our country is NEVER ten times of men, no country in this world has women ten times the population of men. When Nigeria finally conducts her census, outcome of gender distribution will be 50 something percent to 40 something percent.

The 2006 census gave the figures that we had: Male. 71,345,488., Female: 69,086,302
