From the NBS report on poor people SW recorded 16.3m poor people out of 32.5m population. My question is if Lagos with over 20m is included in SW report, would we be wrong to conclude that the 16m rich are majorly in Lagos. So an unbiased report may likely put the rest of the SW outside of Lagos to about 75% poor. The other question would be, what is the benefit of the bogus IGR, when people are poor? No abuse or curse, provide me a superior arguement. Simple! 3 Likes

Validated: Osun and Ondo has lesser number of poorer people than Lagos on percentage. Lagos and Oyo is actually the state that is inflating the poor people figure in the SW. In fact in the whole Nigeria, Osun state has the lowest in that same stat. 1 Like 1 Share

Over taxation is one policy that has been bastardized and used to impoverish the masses and enrich selected elites, the same bastardized people who propagate tax driven economic policies have their off shore businesses and accounts in countries where there are loose tax laws. Please someone should help me with information on how much tax Tinubu paid last year from his wash wash businesses that feast on Lagos economy and his personal income tax and you will realize how big a scam Nigeria is. Odin13:That's same issue I hv with Yorubas, they don't travel at all and they all think that life and world revolves around them. Somebody born and brought up in ogbomosho, spend his lifetime in ogbomosho always think that life is all about ogbomosho not knwoign that there's life outside ogbomosho.
