We are currently recruiting for the role of Restaurant Manager.

Location: Island

The key success criteria for this role are:
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration or any other related field.
• 2-4 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR
• Good leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Driving and championing sales initiatives.
• Proactiveness in addressing operational issues.
• Meeting and surpassing the daily sales target.
• Good customer service skills.
• A problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box and implement actions as soon as possible.
