The guy who was the first to post the news on Twitter, that many medias news reported later show where the ship went and docked.
He thought the ship was going to Ukrainian port because its hard to know if the ship is moving to Ukraine or Romania port because of the small water.
There are three small Ukrainian ports on that river of less than 8KM from Romania port


No ships have went to Odessa port not even Turkish ships that Turks navy promised to protect before and that's the reason Turkish President called Putin today.
Even USA said the hope Turkey can talk to Russia as USA will never send any navy fleets to un-blockage the Odessa port .
