Job Summary:

The individual will be responsible for identifying, co-operating with and actively participating strategic and systemic level departmental improvement initiatives achieve the business strategy.

Co-ordinate learning and development activities for technical production in line with best practice.

Provide leadership strategies

Promote knowledge management processes
