Eminem has probably engaged in more beef than anyone in the industry. He’s gone at it with Benzino, Ja Rule, Insane Clown Posse, Nick Cannon, Canibus, Machine Gun Kelly, Lord Jamar, and even pop singers like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Back Street Boys, Michael Jackson, and so on. And this is just to name a few!

Melle Mel is his next target, as Slim Shady has finally addressed the not-so-nice comments Mel made about him earlier this year.

During an interview with The Art Of Dialogue, Melle Mel stated that Em was only in hip hop’s top 5 because he’s white, and not because of his lyrical genius. Mel also claims that Em’s music isn’t played in the clubs. And in response, Em opened fire on Ez Mil’s new joint “Realest”.

The track is going to be released officially on the 4th of August, but a leaked version gave fans (and Melle Mel), a taste of what to expect.

Em raps –

“Hip Hop has been good to me huh, but when they say that I’m only Top 5 ’cause I’m white, why would I be stunned?/ My skin color’s still working against me, cause second I should be to none/ Being white being why they put me at five, that’s why they can’t put me at one/

Em continues –

I’m not played in the clubs, muthafucka, put a cork in it/ Only reason they still play your shit in the clubs is because you still perform in ’em/

Shout out to Furious Five and Grandmaster Flash/ But boy there’s someone who really is furious, stay out his path/ His wrath avoid, I’ll be the last to toy with a juice head whose brain is half destroyed/ Like a meteor hit it, now with Melle Mel, he lost his ass to ‘roids.”
