I remember how everyone was kissing Putin's ass and begging him, heads of states going to Russia to beg him. He'd have gotten all sorts of concessions as long as everyone THOUGHT he could take Kyev in one day.
From being so esteemed he became a war criminal, and also exposed how ineffective Russian army really is!

Funny thing is, both Ukraine + the WEST + EU + NATO + others, knows that should Russia want the Conflict to end today, they know what to do.

but as usual, Putin, unlike others, don't want to really punish Ukraine.
Also, seems the longer this conflict lasts, the more injury Russia inflcts on it's enemies - more like a superSlowDeath

This expansion will certainly create problems within the organization due to cultural and diplomatic differences like what we are seeing in turkey and Denmark/Sweden, others might refuse to participate in some military operations like Germany/Austria and so on

NATO was definitely going to expand to Sweden and Finland whether Ukraine joined or not. It is inevitable. These are states that already had partnerships with NATO . The main target was Ukraine which is strategic in their bid to contain Russia. A red line to the Russians.
