The client, with two roots in the Nigeria pharmaceutical sector over 15 years old offers a wide range of pharma-products for various therapeutic segments, including but not limited antibiotic, antifungal, cardiovascular, Diabetes, dermatology, psychiatric and O&G
As of now, it has over 50 sales personnel of various cadres in every geopolitical zone in Nigeria.

Currently, it is implementing plans of accelerated growth and improved processes in order achieve its short- and long term objective and wants to recruit a seasoned accounting professional

Role: ACCOUNTANT
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate capturing of accounting operations and financial records and information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with spreadsheets and our package, develop and maintain operational, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Contact customers about invoices that are past and due
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Implement internal accounting and policy controls
• Handle general account queries
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BSc/HND in accounting or equivalent
2. Partial ICAN/ACCA qualification desirable
3. Use of Tally account software is compulsory
4. 3 – 5 years’ experience in a trading environment. Pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous,
5. Ability to use of MS office tools is mandatory with above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and
7. High Integrity Index
