2 I.T Supplies & Asset Inventory coordination
3 I.T-Transactions coordination & Administration Reporting
4 Creating Proposal and fostering IT Procurement process
5 Standard Documentation & Audit Compliance
6 General user management & support
7 Assisting for user request creation [SAP, Email, Internet Access, Remote Access, Etc]
8 Monitor Helpdesk Ticket by assigning new ticket to SSO and follow up to user to confirm issue resolution.
9 Project support in alignment with Project PIC, communicate with vendor, and monitor project progress.
10 User management & IT course/training coordination with proactive user support on portals
