Yes, there is no aguement about that, inec has the right to choose which way to transmit the result of a particular election, that mode of transmission of results must be announced to the public through the inec electoral guidelines but once the guidelines is made public, it becomes a law which everyone must obey, including inec,

Mode of transmission is never a sufficient reason to nullify any electoral victory.

Such can’t be termed as infraction or manipulation.

And I think INEC was wise enough not to dance to their tunes because the e-transmission is prone to hacking.

You folks keep confusing yourselves! In one breath you say an institution has DISCRETION to do as they please as enshrined in the LAW and in another breath you say they should tell you about their GUIDELINES so that you can now make it LAW! Wow...how do you reason abeg? Guidelines will NEVER equate to law! Know this and know peace!

Solution:
Tell your senators and reps to push for the ammendment of that law if not you will only be wasting your time causing a nuisance online!
