That's why it's not just to lament and go. Understand the issues and suggest if you have anything to offer. Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa states should be making that list also based on their monthly receipt from FAAC.
Multiply the amount above by 5 when the political thieves are going to start giving out such contracts.

Go and read the electricity law, only 3 states were excepted and unfortunately the only state with the state law in SS is Edo yet Edo can not afford transmission.
