Good you have nailed yourself.. You obidients just gave us the answer to the 25% so tell us ,how the 200,000 metric tonnes will be shared between 36states and fct ? Will the 36 states and FCT share the 200,000 meteric tonnes which is 200,000 /37 units (36 states plus fct)

36 states will share 200,000 meteric tonnes and only FCT alone will collect 200,000 metroc tonnes from federal government? ..

For those that have sense " 36 States and FCT " is a sentence that is read conjuntively and cannot be read disjointed.

Tribunal don settle that one since.
