Mediocrity is what most of u who think u enlightened actually wallow in.
Building parks is a constitutional function of the LGA and posting about it is their choice.
Tell ur LG chairman to do same in ur LGA.

Building parks, street lighting, burial grounds et al are all constitution responsibilities of the LG, but someone who thinks he knows so much in Nigeria will call on FG to come and build parks for them.

Maintenance culture will kill that project, give it 2 to 3 years and you start seeing owambe in that field.

I beg to differ, there’s one like this under Anthony bridge and they’ve maintained it over the years, it even has a swimming pool
