Scripture Text: James 1:19-21

1. Choose to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour. Your new birth must be beyond controversy. The foundation of everything is new birth- 2 Corinthians 5:17

2. Read and meditate on God's Word- 2 Timothy 3:16

3. Grow to love and worship God- John 4:21

4. Obey Christ 100%- 1 Peter 1:2

5. Be filled with the Holy Spirit- Ephesians 5:18

6. Resist the world, the flesh and the devil so thay you can grow- James 4:7

7. Be in fellowship with other Christians- Hebrews 10:25

8. Always be in prayer before God- 1 Thess. 5:16-18

9. Always come to the Lord's Table- 1 Corinth. 10:16

10. Have a place of service and share the Gospel- Matthew 28:18-20

11. Give generously- 2 Corinthians 9:6-8

12.Hunger and thirst for righteousness- Mathew 5:6

13. Walk with God- Genesis 5:24

14. Live by the fruit of the Spirit- Galatians 5: 22-23

15. Put on the whole aromour of God- Ephesians 6:9-11

16. Seek for wisdom- James 5:1-6

17. Practice love and commitmment- Proverbs 16:3

18. Be patient and trusting - Eph 4:2

19. Practice humility - 1 Pet 5:6-7

20. Recognise that you've already got victore in Christ Jesus.
