Emefiele was born in Lagos state in 1961, lived all his early life in Lagos, speaks extremely fluent Yoruba (so fluent that you would sense it from his accent when he reads in English). If Nigeria was a decent society, Emefiele should be a better and more qualified "indigene" of Lagos than Tinubu.
