KIMPACT Development Initiative, a non profit organization monitoring the election petition tribunal has reported a total of 1,225 total number of petitions as of August 18, 2023. it was also noted that there has been only 162 judgements and rulings out of the total number of petitions. As observed from the Election Petition tribunal dashboard (www.eptdashboard.kdi.org.ng), that cross river tops the list with a total number of 32petitions.
