The news as since been debunked and Sahara Reporters have gone ahead to delete the tweet. When I saw that news, I did not even blink because I knew it was fake news that would only excite Agbado people.

It’s not even a week yet when the Appeal Court sitting in Edo affirmed Julius Abure as the authentic National Chairman of the Labour Party.

So, it is near impossibility for another Appeal Court in Owerri to give a contrary judgment in less than one week.

But even if it did, the implication is that you would now have two conflicting judgments from courts of coordinate jurisdiction in which instance the first judgment takes precedence until the Supreme Court settles it.

But I don’t expect Agbado people to understand this because they don’t think.
