Wike is misfit...he started on a wrong foot

I just wonder how someone like former governor Wike is a round peg in a round hole. Someone that ran the affairs of Rivers State as if it were his personal business. Someone that refused to pay the approved minimum wage, refused to employ teachers, neglected education at the basic and secondary level, rendered many jobless by locking up their shops at ikoku market simply because he wanted to take over the land where the shops were situated, demolished his perceived opponents properties, neglected pensioners for many years and so on.
