President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed his determination to leverage the nation’s gas resources for the collective welfare of Nigerians.

In a statement released on Friday by Ajuri Ngelale, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, it was revealed that Tinubu shared this commitment during a meeting with the Board and management of the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) at the Presidential Villa.

The delegation was led by NLNG Board Chairman, His Royal Majesty King Edmund Daukuru of Nembe Kingdom, and the NLNG Managing Director, Dr. Philip Mshelbila.

Furthermore, Tinubu highlighted the primary objective of expanding economic opportunities to ensure that Nigerians reap substantial benefits. He stressed that fostering skill development is crucial, particularly for the numerous restive youths who need to be integrated and employed gainfully.
