Sadly amidst hardship in Nigeria our evil and non-performing police has introduced another levy to car owners. A NEW "MOTOR VEHICLE INFORMATION CERTIFICATE" will be enforced starting September 1st , 2023. What even makes it worse is the yearly renewal and charge attached to it. Tinubu and the Police, "LET NIGERIANS BREATH". YOU GUYS ARE GRADUALLY PUSHING THE POOR TO THE WALL. Sample is attached.
