2.Bidders will pick and fill a bid at the auction site

3.Bidders will issue a bank draft of 2.5%of the bid price as a commitment to the bid, this will be returned to all losers of the bid, but winners who do not make payment obligation at the approved timeline for the balance payment will forfeit this commitment amount
