Any American car dealer plug who deals on Chevrolet or GM car parts here?

My wife's car clockspring is bad, and it has really affected her driving the car due to horn and trafficator returning automatically after negotiating a turn and airbag light is on too, Though the horn was bypass temporarily but I am not comfortable her driving in such situation.

Who can help me out, I've searched the whole of Uyo, even asked in Lagos but the stock there have is 10CH instead of 12CH which does not fit properly on the steering
