My PS4 slim (hacked) entered into safe boot loop and I'm unable to remove it from there, I've tried step 1 to 5 in safe mode but it's not working.

Any solution(s) please.

Thanks, I took it there and the guy said it happened because of not shutting down properly NEPA wahala and sometimes Gen goes off and I should get a UPS for it.

Please how true is this??

I use solar tv of just 20amps... Solar gen to power my setup because unstable light can mess things up

damaged hard driver change the hard drive and re install software
