As we all know, Baba Suwe was recently arrested @ the MMIA for trying to smuggle cocaine into France.
Adebayo Akala was also arrested for looting almost N25 Billion ($160 million) from the government of Oyo state
And finally Gbenga Daniel was detained until this morning for stealing almost N60 Billion ($380 million) from the government of Ogun state.
How does each of these cases directly affect Nigeria and Nigerians?

Going by the constitutions of our country, we should all pay attention to how all 3 criminals or cases are treated.
I wonder which 1 of the 3 cases deserves the most severe punishment?

You have forgotten to mention ikuforiji and the chief drug baron himself - Asiwaju 'awon ole' Bola Tinubu.

Hope that includes the ones in ACN like Tinubu? If so, I agree with you FTFT.

in a decent environment, sane and lawful country:

gbenga daniel>>>>>>> 30 years in prison with 80% of his properties confiscated

adebayo akala>>>>>>> 25 years in prison with 80% of his properties confiscated

baba suwe>>>>>>>>> 15 years in prison and 50 years probation.

it is sad that this may not happen with at least the first 2 cases. baba suwe, good luck.

example of a country that has laws that work:
A US Congressman (William Jefferson) accepted $100000 in cash to bribe a high-ranking Nigerian official and hid the money in his freezer>>>>>>>>got 13 years in prison and the court also ordered him to forfeit in excess of $470,000.
