Yes, it is not a lie O.
Money owo kai,
After spending a British record £50m on Fernando Torres in January, Chelsea are set to smash another transfer record with the biggest fee for a 14-year-old in history OJO SEYI---

The Daily Mail report that the Blues have agreed a fee of £2m for MK Dons youth-team starlet Oluwaseyi Ojo.
Midfielder Ojo is also a England Under-16 international - and the paper claims that Chelsea moved for him in the middle of a cameo the youngster made for the national side against Northern Ireland in midweek.
Ojo came on at half-time in that game, and within two minutes he laid on an assist for Mason Bennett to help England to a 3-1 victory.
With the midfielder being watched by scouts from every other top club, Chelsea felt compelled to make an immediate offer, lodging three bids before the end of the match.

Ojo's club MK Dons are believed to have agreed to the third of those offers, worth an initial £1.5m and potentially worth an extra £500,000 in add-ons.
Elsewhere on the back pages, Arsene Wenger has ruled himself out of the England job - forever.
The Sun calls it a 'snub', but Wenger argues that the FA should be looking closer to home for future bosses.
"For me, the national team needs an English manager and I will never change that opinion for one minute. I keep to that exact principle and I think it is important for you as well," Wenger said.

"If a foreign manager wins a European Championship, you will say that it is not completely an English triumph. Harry Redknapp is a candidate, he is English, he is ready, he is happy to do it and you have already chosen him.
"So don't doubt too much what will happen."

Keeping his eye on club business, the ins and outs at the Emirates are set to continue in January with Wenger set to ditch Marouane Chamakh after just 18 months at the club (Daily Mail).
Ahead of the clash between Liverpool and Manchester United today, Reds boss Kenny Dalglish has added his tuppence worth on Wayne Rooney.
"The characteristics make the person and the person is what makes the footballer," Dalglish said of Rooney. He couldn't possibly be hoping the United striker makes it two red cards in two games, could he?
The sports sections paint a confusing picture as to whether the FA will appeal the three-game suspension handed down to Rooney, which would rule him out of the group stage of Euro 2012.

The Daily Star claim that the FA have gone cool on the appeal, fearing that they will be accused of double standards if they choose to protest UEFA's verdict when a Premier League ban for any violent conduct is an automatic three-game ban.
The Mirror, meanwhile says that Fabio Capello remains desperate to make the appeal, despite some concerns that the punishment could even be increased.
In transfer and contract tittle-tattle, the Star reports that Ryan Giggs is keen to add another year to his Manchester United deal to extend the 37-year-old's career until the summer of 2013.

Blackburn and Fulham are both eyeing a bid for Barcelona's £2m-rated defender Andreu Fontas, say The Sun.
And Middlesbrough are giving Nigeria striker Bartholomew Ogbeche a trial after he left Greek side Kavala (Daily Mail)
