Good evening ladies and gentlemen.
AS WE all know this flooding has become an annual event and it seems the government is still singing the annual song of move to high land. I wonder if that is an actual solution. People have been moving to higher ground since 2012 and it has not solved the problem. What Honest and legitimate actions can the affected communities take to make government work out a permanent solution to the menace. I do not mean a come_to-our-help type of action or palliatives!
we know once cameroun opens the flood gates life will not be the same
now this is a national problem as it Affects all 6 regions, so its not a don't Spoil anyones government. Pls i suggest the regions to work together and map out a day or week to protest why government has not build a dam over 40 years since it reached an mou with cameroun to build Dashin hausa dam. Let us protest as nigerians and call our government to live up to its billings. Let them re-invest the subsidy money into building the dams
