The issue is disparity between the university gradute and the polytechnic gradute. in all these aforementioned government agencies . the polytechnic gradute were yoked with the FSLC and school cert. holder in thier cadre irrespective of any additional qualification the officer might thereafter have. i assume this is highest order of injustice on this people part and such pratice sholud be rejected in totality.
Apart of relegating these categorieat of officers and men you are putting their future and thier careers in jeopard. i am using this medium to vent my anger on their behalf because such should not be tolerated in this present dipensation. there such be equal oppurtunity for both gradute to prove their worth for the furtherance of the organisation and the nation at large.

Please i dnt undastnd wht u mean by polytechnic graduate i presume hnd yoked 2geda wit sch cert.in dose agencies hnd holder starts wit grade 7 why uni graduates starts wit grade 8 & private &FG ministries.so i dnt get ur mesage
