This is not limited to Garbon only. That is how African leaders and their families are. They stockpile billions at home while the masses suffer penury. During the last election, we saw how CBN changed the naira design inorder to curb things like this. Infact we were told that governors stockpiled billions in government houses, and even in private residencies. They fought CBN both with court , and media .
