Imagine, even if Cotonou houses may be a bit more expensive than ours but a foreigner will enjoy it more I terms of cost rater than looking for only top areas to dwell in and pay so much service fees for electricity and security included .... A foreigner can live anywhere in Cotonou and still feel safe
