She bought an iPhone 8 Plus just about 2 month ago.

Last week, she told me the phone suddenly goes off and won’t charge any more. Although it powers on after going off, but the battery has gone low, and the phone won’t charge again.

An Engineer changed the battery and some other stuff that I don’t know.

Now, about 5 days after, the same issue.

She bought it as UK used/refurbished.

The phone might have been changed battery before

The charging port shd be changed.. but clean if first..use benzene or spirit with a brush....
There are particles in side the port

just a brand new phone, you won’t experience this. The likes of Tecno and Infinix are affordable and you’d enjoy it
