Modification was done as times changed between the design period and the build period, hence, little modification to match current day aesthetics.

I didn't mention that the family i gave the work for supervision, modified the design initially. I detected after i requested for a video of the foundation be sent to me. I had to abandon the work for like 6 months after which i paid someone to be the new supervisor and got another contractor (the initial contractor was recommended by the family member as well. They didn't do any bad, but they wanted something that would finish fast against my original plan. The foundation was re-worked from beginning, concrete, some blocks were buried already.

The house has 16 columns round and center, the oversight concrete was with membrane. Everything from start to finish was done as professional as it could be, no cutting corners, or managing of funds (as standard as it could be)

The 2 plots was fenced and gate fixed.

The major challenge was the inflation, how price of cement went from less than 2k to over 4k, rods from 1000 - 1500 to 3500 - 4500, roofing sheets went from 1800 - 3750 etc.

Still a lot of work to be done to bring it to that desired taste - but my family moved in since January 2023.

German doors for the outside doors, kitchen and dinning had hdf, while the room doors were juwon steel doors

Congratulations. Owning a house is a beautiful thing you can only pray and workhard for to achieve.

There are visible modifications especially on the approach view. I think the design gives a better outlook than the construction.
