Poundo flour is a yam powder which is used as a substitute to pounded yam since pounding yam in modern times could be seen as a stressful task
So I decided to make pounded yam the local way this afternoon and I love it
It tastes better than Poundo yam with the sight of yam fibres in it.
Nobody was around to take pictures of me pounding my yam.
Yes I'm Perfect At Pounding Yam
