It's not Operating at 100% yet

When the train is ready to run between Okokomaiko and Marina, the one using Electricity will be ready by then.

The most important thing right now is that Lagosians are now making use of it

Where 4 OKOKO? No train track beyond Mi2.

It clearly shows that they didn't plan very well or a deal made earlier wasn't accomplished

The rail electrification is ongoing . LAMATA had explained all this when the train would commence full electric operations. Don't rubbish what is beyond your knowledge. Lazy youth . Everyone is free to come see with their eyes how the electrification is being carried out.
That's good as saying the project isn't ready so why on a hurry to commission

It does not matter weather the train is been powered by diesel electric locomotive or not the most important thing here is that the train is working. Some of you making noise here don’t even understand what diesel electric locomotive looks like.

Thank you for the update. It's good to hear that progress is being made, even if a temporary solution like using a diesel locomotive is required. We look forward to the metro's full operation once the power plant is connected to the tracks https://michaelmyerscostume.com/

Lagos State governor Sanwo-Olu commissioned the blue line in December, but it couldn’t start operations because a facility to power the tracks wasn’t ready.

The metro will now use a diesel locomotive for some weeks until the power plant is ready to connect to the tracks.

According to John Ashbourne, an African analyst, while quoting a video of the train being pulled, he wrote;

Probably you were not in a position to vote but you defended him blindly.

The only reason you're not hearing how mych damage Bubu has caused is because its same APC in govt.

People in Lagos think they're getting a fair deal because the compare Lagos to Delta State or Enugu. SMH!

Oga stop capping nonsense , why are you all shouting Lagos Lagos Lagos , don’t you do your research , no one is stopping you from shouting Lagos but Na only Lagos get money ?

What of rivers state ,
Akwa ibom and
Delta state , I hope you know that their allocation is more than double than that of Lagos state .

E.g , if Lagos get 4 billion , those states will get between 9 to 13 billion . So why can’t you hold them accountable too ?

Tribal idiot .

The Lagos State Government is actually building an 18MW IPP that will ensure zero power interruption and withstand the electricity demand of the train.

Electricity? Just for this train? With overhead cables? Really?

The railway will eventually run from Marina to Okoko. But the Project was split into two phases, phase 2 is from Mile 2 to Marina why Phase 1 is from Mile 2 to Okoko.

Phase 2 is ready, and people are already making use of it
