For some days now, a lot of persons have been having difficulty loading their prepaid meters with the token purchased.

For over a two months now, awareness have been on over Meter upgrade. So many persons never took it serious and this has led to the difficulty.

So many people still rely on online Bank Apps to purchase their token which never provide the Key Change Token that'll automatically upgrade the Meter before new token can work.

If you're having difficulty in loading your token, get a vendor (like me) to buy a token with the Key Change Token so you can load your meter.

NB: to upgrade the Meter, enter KCT1 first wait few seconds, then enter KCT2 and wait few seconds, and enter the token.

The first 20 digits, then press enter, same for others. Though depending on the type of keypad too
