Hello house. Pls help me, I started injection treatment for severe malaria yesterday. I took the first injection around 5pm yesterday and immediately after 30 minutes, I felt drastic positive change. The temperature really subsided and some strength came back.
However, I woke up this morning to the intense fever again. Maybe even worse than yesterday. Pls help me as to what to do. I did test and it was confirmed it was malaria and thyphod. Pls what should I do

Prior yesterday, when last did you took some anti-malaria medications?
The parasite might have eaten deep into your blood stream and as such will pose a greater resistance.
It's too early to panic, give the medication some time to take its toll and allow its efficacy to manifest.
If the symptoms persist after a few days, then visit a laboratory so that adequate tests can be run on you to ascertain what the problem really is in order to avoid treating you blindly.
Get well soon.

Been a while. Like 3 weeks to 4 weeks ago. And that was alongside 4 days injection

You will be fine after day 2 or 3 of treatment. Hope you did bacteria culture and sensitivity test?

You may not have malaria. It could be typhoid fever, hepatitis, parasitic infection, pneumonia etc. Please kindly go see a medical doctor for evaluation, investigation and proper diagnosis. All the best.
