Niger Army Seizes Food Meant For France Soldiers In Their Country (VIDEO) Nigerien Army have seized bread and some food items meant for France soldiers who have refused to leave their country. The Military government in the country had issued a warning to the French soldiers asking them to leave because they canβt guarantee and ensure their safety. France President, Emmanuel Macron in his response to their warning stated that he will not withdraw the troops except the instruction comes from the democratically elected president.
