Fidelity Bank is a full-fledged Nigerian commercial bank with more than 7.2 million customers serviced across 250 business offices and various other digital banking channels.

Quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), Fidelity Bank Plc began operations in 1988 as a Merchant Bank. In 1999, it converted to Commercial Banking and then became a Universal Bank in February 2001.

Graduate Trainee Programme

Prospective candidates for the Graduate Recruitment Programme must meet the following criteria:

A graduate with a minimum of second-class lower division from an accredited University.
Have completed the compulsory NYSC programme and possess a certificate.
Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English.
Must be no more than 26 years of age prior to application.
