Location: Sobi Road, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Job Summary
The company is in the food and beverage industry and deals in the Production, Sales and Marketing of Premium Yoghurts, strawberry creams, Chips, Crunchy Nuts and Sweet Sauces.

Salary: above N150,000
Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Duration: 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
i. Monitor and Managing production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
ii. Prepare all required reports daily, weekly, monthly.
iii. Estimate the Cost of food production materials and prepare budget control.
iv. Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
v. Working with the Human Resource Unit in Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
vi Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
vii. Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order by monitoring maintenance schedule.

Qualifications
i. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Production and Operations Management or related field
ii. Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar role
iii. An MBA in Management will be an added advantage
iv. Any additional relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.

vi. Sound analytical and people management skills.
