When you go to Mayo clinic and Johns Hopkins university Teaching hospital( one of the best Hospitals in the world)in the USA which nationalities are represented there? I'd it just the Americans? Does seeing the Nigerian doctor, German, french and Israeli doctors mean the Hospitals don't trust the American doctors?

You are happy seeing Nigerian doctors and professionals been employed in other countries but you loathe other professionals been employed in your country.
