Security Crackdown: Ogun State Governor Orders Swift Action Against Cult Menace in Sagamu.

Today, we have issued a directive to the state's security agencies to eliminate the menace of cultists and related activities in Sagamu and its surroundings.

Despite the ongoing efforts by security agencies, supported by our administration, to combat cultism in the state, we have reinforced this directive due to a recent clash between rival cult groups in Sagamu. This unfortunate incident triggered violence, causing distress and fear among the town's residents.

We deeply regret this situation, the loss of innocent lives, and the extensive property damage caused by these criminals.

It's important to emphasize that security personnel, including @OgunPoliceNG and other sister agencies, are already on the ground working to restore peace in Sagamu. They have received clear instructions to take strong and decisive action against those disrupting the town's peace.
