An FMCG Industry based in Oshodi/Isolo area of Lagos state has opening for the role of HR/Admin Manager.

Requirements:

Interested candidates must possess HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources management, Business Administration, psychology or any other relevant discipline. Masters in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.

The candidate must have at least 7 years relevant work experience, with minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

He must be able to demonstrate practical understanding of Recruitment, Performance management, Training & Development, Employee engagement, payroll management, workers union management and other HR value chains.

The candidate must be conversant with Microsoft word, Excel, etc..

The candidate must be able to relate with regulatory agencies and government officials like S.O.N, NAFDAC, NESREA, LASEPA, MIN. OF LABOUR, etc.

The candidate must have worked or be working in an ISO certified company.
