You must be funny to isolate that institution from other highly infested corrupt institutions in Nigeria.
Was is not yesterday that another agency of government sold over 50 vehicles for #5m.
I can't isolate any institution in this country; as it is with the banking is same with police, army, schools, health.....this country is irredeemable, the earlier we understood it, the better.
