Mohbad dead is unfortunate as well as hundreds of deaths if not thousands occurring in our land everyday, yet people say little or nothing. Think about the regular deaths of infants, farmers killed by bandits and kidnappers. Just because of this guy's deaths who is a drug addict comes to the public domain the jobless Youths won't allow people breath, there was even a planned protest in ogun state, mainwhile I never knew a person like him existed till his demise.
My take on the matter:
1. His death is unfortunate but we should be more concerned about the thousands of avoidable deaths than just one drug addict,
2. People are more concerned with the herd mentality than rationality,
3. With social media a stupid case might be full blown because we have more headless crowd than normal thinkers..
4. Mohbad is dead let's move on.

I am with you OP on this.
Nigerian youths are one of the most hypocritical and most unfocused people in the world.
We have far more serious issues on our hand that will definitely affect the future of the youth, instead our youth just jumped on the bandwagon.
Politicians, judiciary, police and civil servants are fvcking the country left and right and we cannot find a common voice. We are divided by tribe and religion when it comes to important national matter but united for a drug addict that signed a pact with the devil.

Few years ago, Naira Marley was arrested by the police for fraud. Nigerian youths supported him against the police. Infact we were justifying yahoo fraud.
