Former Nigerian Senate President Ahmed Lawan who passed 2022 Electoral Law said that INEC must upload every polling unit result to INEC central server after election and both uploaded iREV result must be compared with the physical/manual own to ensure they tally and in any polling unit the two didn't tally that INEC must use the uploaded iREV result to call the final result, this is according to 2022 Electoral law passed by former Senate President Ahmed Lawan himself.
