Better choose Gambia. I will not recommend Liberia because it's very bad economically there.

I've not been to Liberia but lived in the Gambia. Gambia is decent and relatively peaceful. Business moves there, but dangan dangan (small small). Teaching jobs pays on an average of 50k/month, but then, you can extra with house lessons up to 200k/month. It all depends on grace, hard work, and luck.

As for Liberia, I've no info about them.
