The client, in business since 1990, is the preferred wholesalers-distributor to key first-tier pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing companies including multinationals and mega-distribution service providers. With Head-Office Operations in Surulere, it has grown to multi-outlet pharma-distribution chain service in Lagos with product depth to service both retailers and wholesalers nationwide.
It requires the following staff to strengthen its operations and to achieve it medium term objectives of consolidation and growth:

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Wholesale Pharmacy Chain) – Surulere
Successful candidate key responsibilities include shall include consolidating and driving sales and revenue growth across all branches through improving markets; identify growth opportunities; building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders as well as to lead and motivate a sales and marketing team by providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B Pharm or equivalent qualification in business or marketing or related fields. An MBA will give you an advantage
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail pharmacy sector, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
This business Development Officer shall be mainly responsible for institutional segent sales, customer acquisition and the growth the business in Lagos area. The specific responsibility includes but not limited to:
 Sales of company pharmaceutical, equipment and consumables
 Prospecting and identifying opportunities within Lagos and contiguous parts of Ogun state
 Develop sales and strategic business development plans and initiatives

Qualification/Requirements
• First degree, preferably in biological/human sciences
• Minimum of 3 years sales of pharmaceutical or healthcare or medical equipment
• Self-starter, self-driven with ability to work without significant supervision
• High Integrity Index
• excellent oral and written communication skills,
• dedication and loyalty to the company


3. ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE MANAGER (Surulere)
The successful candidate will lead the team that will develop and prepare accurate and timely financial reports, develop and implement financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals; create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and recommend adjustments as needed; provide management account and financial information to management to ensure profitable business run by accurate and relevant financial data; and conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
He will also be responsible for keeping and monitoring all assets of the company, including stock, money and receivables in addition to managing payables.
Qualifications and Requirements
• B Sc/ HND in Accounts, ICAN-qualified, or in final stages. MBA an advantage
• Minimum of 6 yr. relevant experience, part of which must be in a trading concern. Pharma- industry experience is desirable.
• Ability to use common accounting/enterprise packages, in addition to Microsoft Office
• Excellent business sense, self-motivated self-starter with definite ability to work without supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management abilities.

ACCOUNTS OFFICER (Surulere)
Key responsibilities for this position are (i) working with spreadsheets and accounting package, develop and maintain operational, sales and purchase ledgers and journals, (ii) checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. (iii) Contact customers about invoices that are past and due (iv) Managing petty cash transactions. (v) Implement internal accounting and policy controls as well as controlling credit and chasing debt.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B Sc/ HND in Accounts or related disciplines
• Stage Professional qualification/Membership an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• 2-3 experience in a trading environment, pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous,
• Ability to use of MS office tools is mandatory with above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with an accounting package gives an advantage
• Ability to use common accounting/enterprise packages, in addition to Microsoft Office
• Excellent business sense, self-motivated self-starter with definite ability to work without supervision

4. SALES OFFICER (Akowonjo, Mushin and VI)
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the sales officers are (1) Engage with existing and potential customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring overall satisfaction (2) Receive and process customer orders (3) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Foster trust and loyalty through regular communication and personalized service. (4) Prepare, maintain and submit detailed records of sales activities, sales reports to management. (5) Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing guidelines, credit policies, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Good WASCE/NECO or OND. HND/BSc in business or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale or distribution setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the products being sold and the ability to convey technical information to customers.
