LASG has created a transport system that encourages extortionists viz LASTMA and Touts/Louts.

Until Lagos state decides to sanitise its own home, thus hydra-headed menace cannot stop.

I believe with Tinubu at the helm of power now, he has no choice but to put this too an end.

Also the Ports are overcongested. Every Tom, Dick and Chukwudi is into Importing and Exporting business.
The capacity of the NPA and the road system is being super-saturated and they are overwhelmed.

The necessary authorities need to also sanitize that business and make importing less attractive and exporting more lucrative.
This are some of the factors that contribute to our Naira devaluation against other currencies esp Dollar and Pounds and expensive consequently increased and unbearable cost of goods and service and living.

I pray all of us play our parts accordingly- Leaders and followers. Because every one of us is the Governmemt of Nigeria, at least under Democracy.

Hahaha, there was plenty drama on Monday and Yesterday by the public transport drivers along Badagry expressway inwards mile 2 on the order that all transporters should pass service lane only while the speed lane should be only for private drivers and BRT.

All those korope passing one way from orile turning at that mile 2 fast lane and normally cause hold up were cleared off.

Well there was no traffic Monday and Yesterday but the question was what happens when the tankers queue on the service lane from abule ado. Problem, they want them to be in traffic for hours, doesn't look realistic


One thing though Those NURTW /RTEAN guys are super organized sha. If they can prevent the unnecesary one way by the koropes and illegal stopping by the transporters at least we will rest on that end towards orile.

LASG should set up a task force with large towing vans that can tow long vehicles to remove all those tankers from Apapa corridor.. The truck owners are crazy, their rights end where the rights of Lagosians residing in Apapa axis starts.
