So i was at skybank to reactivate my domant savings account i have not used for atleast 4yrs. Hello mam, goodmorn, i'm here to activate my savings account. i missed the last number wrote 3 in place of 0 its incorrect she replied and requested the number i recieved alert with. i gave the number i used registering the account saying i dont receive alerts. 'its NOT dormant' she said n asked if i received mails, i can't access my mails NOW. What do you do for a living? Farm. I'm like how do you mean its not dormant? It means not dormant she replied.
please can an account stay a prolonged period without use and remain active with zero funds? Thanks
