A background check would be completed either before you start or during your probation. All the employer would confirm from the institution is it you indeed graduated which CSU has done over and over again in Tinubu's case.

If they can attest that the name Bola Amed Tinibu graduated from their school, they can as well affirm that the certificate he presented to INEC is real.
